This is not a Martial Art per se but a system of

street combat, based on the Defendo and Combato

styles taught to special military units during

World War Two

The full spectrum of unarmed combat that will be

addressed in training includes Strikes, Takedowns,

Grappling, Knife, Gun and Club disarms.

 Other areas such as close quarter tactics, multiple

 assailant attacks etc will also be covered to fully

 prepare the student against all types of violent assaults.

Whether on the street, in a bar or in your car we aim

 to provide you with cutting edge up to date

 self protection training

This type of training was previously reserved for special military units, Police and Private security Organisations,
